The Order Process
(Or: how this whole thingy works)
Step 1 – Choose the designs you like
Step 2 – Fill the order form in the file Jailbird_Catalogue_Step_2.doc
Step 3 – Email it to me, and I’ll email you a detailed bill. (This will include postage and discounts, if any).
Step 4 – You’ll have to pop round to your local HSBC branch or ATM and deposit a cheque for the billed amount. (No waiting in line, just pop it in the drop box).
Step 5 – I’ll mail you the t-shirts
Step 6 – Open the package and check the product for any damage that might have occurred during shipping, and check for size!
If you're unhappy with the product in any way, remember to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your t-shirt for a full refund (minus the cost of postage). Pssst! For more details check out the Jailbird Guarantee
