Here's a selection of uber-cool ways to jazz up your mobile or desktop. Simply click on a wallpaper to open it to its full size. Then save the image (right-click and select "Save Image" if you want to transfer this image to your cellphone later, OR right-click and select "Set as Desktop Background" if you want to see it on your desktop now). To transfer the image to your cell phone you will need Bluetooth, IR or data cables.
